We want your pieces to fit the way they were designed to. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it.
What we accept
Unworn, unwashed apparel with all original tags attached, returned within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging.
Hygiene exception
For hygiene reasons, grip socks are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened. Unopened sock packs can be returned within 14 days.
How to start a return
- 1Email hello@corewrk.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- 2We'll confirm your return and share the drop-off or pickup details within 24 hours.
- 3Send the item back unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging.
- 4Once we've inspected it, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
